- The story of Pavone Café begins with Chef Kostas Christodoulou, who, after a distinguished career in London's top restaurants and hotels, returned to Greece to bring his vision to life. In 2021, Pavone was born on the island of Symi at the backyard of Anastasia Hotel, inspired by a love for quality coffee and exceptional cuisine. Now, in 2025, Pavone is opening its doors in Rhodes, ready to offer a unique café experience.
- At Pavone, we source fair trade coffee beans and extract them exclusively using fully manual hand-pressed ROK espresso machines, ensuring a sustainable and environmentally conscious approach. Our kitchen embraces global flavors, crafted with pure, locally sourced ingredients—resulting in creative dishes like our signature banana guacamole. Welcome to Pavone, where coffee meets craftsmanship and tradition blends with innovation.

We exclusively use full manual hand-pressed espresso machines by ROK, embracing traditional craftsmanship for the purest espresso. Ensuring full control over every extraction for a perfect cup. Kostas Christodoulou
Chef de PatronKostas Christodoulou, owner and chef of Pavone Cafe, hails from Thessaloniki and has been in the hospitality industry since 2002. He spent several years in London and Manchester, working at some of the finest Michelin-awarded restaurants. In 2022, he returned to Greece to establish Pavone Cafe, a space where his experience and passion for gastronomy come to life through exceptional flavors.
